The terms and conditions that appear below constitute a contract between you and Leadership3a.com, and govern the use of the Site. Leadership3a.com may modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

Leadership et Autorité 3A, Leadership and Authority 3A, Climat, Climate, Les cure-dents électroniques, Electronic Toothpicks Inc. and all other products or services referenced on Leadership3a.com are trademarks or trade dress of Pierre-Marc Meunier or its subsidiaries; Consul-Source inc. is one of them. They may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Pierre-Marc Meunier's or its subsidiaries, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits them. All other trademarks not owned by Pierre-Marc Meunier or its subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Pierre-Marc Meunier or its subsidiaries.

1.4 Limitation of Liability
The materials in this Site are provided 'AS IS', 'AS AVAILABLE', and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Leadership3a.com has made reasonable efforts to ensure the information provided at this Site is accurate at the time of inclusion, however it accepts no liability for any inaccuracies or omissions in this Site. Leadership3a.com may make changes in the products, services and/or the programs described in this information at any time without prior notice.

Leadership3a.com, its related companies, directors, employees, representatives or agents may not, under any circumstances, be held responsible for any damages related, directly or indirectly, to use of the Site, including, but not limited to, the loss of data or profit resulting from use of the elements of the Site, or from the inability to use these elements.
 

1.5 Applicable Law and Sales Contract
A sales contract will not exist between you and Consul-Source Inc until Consul-Source Inc accepts your order. This acceptance will be deemed complete and effectively conveyed to you from the time Consul-Source Inc sends you an e-mail message confirming that your goods have been expedited. To avoid any problems with contract law, the contract will be deemed as having been entered into in Canada and will be interpreted and executed in every respect in accordance with the laws and regulation in force in Canada. Any legal disputes will be submitted to the Canadian courts.

All contracts or transactions entered into the Leadership3A.com Web site are between Consul-Source Inc and the customer.
